We work within the perimeters established by the project designer, architect and/or engineer, as well as adhering to building and safety codes. There are a lot of moving parts on a construction site and we make sure everyone stays safe and on track. In addition, we make sure the client and all interested parties are kept up to date with regular progress reports. We contract and organize the trades people and supplies, making sure each step of the project is completed properly. We work to mitigate any issues the client may experience. Let’s be clear: living through a renovation can be a challenge sometimes. There are occasions when homeowners opt to live elsewhere for the duration depending on the scope of the project.

When a renovation is more complex and calls for architectural drawings and permits, it is handled much the same way a new build home is. We work together with architects and/or designers, building to specifications outlined in drawings, and schematics. We build with integrity, ensuring quality on every project we undertake
